I'll put those peppers on a cookie sheet, bake them at about 180 degrees F for six hours, at which point they'll be completely dried out and also all microbe life forms within range of the fumes will have died. Then I'll put the dried peppers in a coffee mill and powder them, and put the "demon dust" in a shaker jar. We have so many kinds this year, I'll probably label it "2007", in good company with 2004's green chili and 2005's red cayenne. Just ONE tiny shake per slice of pizza is yummy... but just a little too much and I'm up too late eating Tums. Yee ha!
