My sister had a diabetic cat for five years (appropriately named Trouble). I have other friends as well who I can send you to - so I'm happy to share that info! Do a search on "sugarcats" for online support forums. I refuse the oral contraceptives. I picked up my sweetie at the humane society, and just like all of the rest of the things I picked up at the HS, he's fixed and has his shots. I like it best that way.
